Veeva AI agents are only available to customers who have licensed Veeva AI.

Veeva AI agents use a Large Language Model (LLM) to perform a set of agent actions in Vault. Agents are configured with an objective, context, and action instructions, which inform the LLM of the agent’s role, responsibilities, and parameters in which it can operate. Agent actions are then configured on the agent, allowing agents to perform only the actions defined in their agent definition. Learn more about Veeva AI Agents in Vault Help.

Vault API allows developers to retrieve agent data, agent action data, and execute agent actions. A Vault can include standard and custom agents. Custom actions are created through the Vault UI.
